By accessing or using Eatmod's restaurant management platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Eatmod provides a comprehensive restaurant management platform that includes features for order management, inventory tracking, analytics, and other restaurant operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

Payment Terms
If you purchase a subscription or paid service:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your account

- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eatmod and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatmod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
